We advertise Challenges on our socials, by email, and inside the App. You can enrol in challenges directly inside the App.

To enrol in any of our challenges:

1. Open the Programme library (book icon).
2. Challenges will appear in the Weekly Guides displayed at the top of the page. 
3. Tap Enrol to start the displayed week. Tap View All to see previous weeks if you are joining after the challenge has already started.
4. Once you have enroled, the challenge becomes your main programme and appears on your Home tab.
5. After completing each week, repeat steps 1-3 to select the next week.
